Item came pretty quick, within a week. Assembling the stand up was pretty straightforward. When I got to the shaker, one part did not fit but their customer service is amazing (which starts at time of purchase before it’s even delivered!) and they are sending a new part. They have you contact them before turning on the printer and adding ink and they walk you through the whole process. This thing puts out amazing prints and I’ve only done 2 so far! I can’t wait to see what I can do with this. I think this is a great price for everything you get. I am glad I chose this one. Plus, it’s pink 😁
