Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

- A full refund is available for returns requested within one (1) month of delivery, provided no ink has been introduced into the printer system.
- Returns Due to Defect: If returning a printer due to a malfunction, the customer is required to remove all ink from the printer to facilitate inspection and expedite the refund assessment based on product condition. Contact our support team for approved cleaning procedures.

2. Pre-Return Requirements

To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please complete the following before shipment:

  1. Thoroughly clean all ink and liquids from the printer.
  2. The printer, oven/shaker/heat press machine, etc. shall be repacked as agreed with our team, and all original accessories shall be placed sequentially into their original packaging.

3. Conditions for Non-Refundable Returns

A full refund will not be issued if the returned product meets any of the following conditions:

  1. Return Shipping: For returns initiated due to buyer preference (e.g., "no longer needed" or "ordered by mistake"), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. B btransfer reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of 20% to 50% based on the condition of the returned item.
  2. Mandatory Cleaning: Customers must strictly follow approved cleaning procedures to remove all ink and liquid residues. If a returned printer leaks during transit due to improper drainage, the customer will be held liable for equipment damage and carrier claims.
  3. Repackaging Requirement: The printer, oven/shaker/heat press machine, etc. shall be repacked as agreed with our team, and all original accessories shall be placed sequentially into their original packaging.
  4. Condition on New/Unused Status: A full refund is only applicable to printers returned in their original, pristine condition. Once ink has been introduced into the printer system (including the ink tanks, tubes, or print head), the unit is classified as "Used." Returns of printers (Non-machine quality issues) that have been filled with ink will result in a significant reduction in the refund amount to cover professional cleaning costs.
