1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 12-24 hours (business days). Processing time does not include estimated shipping time.

For in-stock products stored in our local warehouses, we use the following shipping partners based on the customer's location:

3. Shipping From Factory (Backorders)
For out-of-stock or backordered products, we will ship primarily using UPS Express or FedEx Express.

5. Important Shipping Notes
- Carrier Selection: We will match the best carrier based on product model, stock location, and shipping address. Specifying a particular carrier is not currently supported.
- Tracking Information: Once shipped, we will send you the carrier details and tracking number via email.
6. Tax & Import Duty
Because B btransfer has pre-paid applicable taxes/GST when shipping to the corresponding countries, your order will not incur additional taxes or import duties.
7. Packaging Details
- Assembled Components: The printer's stand, printheads, and ink system are pre-assembled by our technicians at the factory.
- Carton Packaging: The machine is protected by multiple layers of clear plastic film, with foam filling the gaps. It has passed drop tests to ensure safe and reliable packaging.
- Printer Bundle Shipped Separately: For details, please refer to the product images and descriptions for each specific printer bundle.
