How a Small Start Grew Into a Trusted Name
In the beginning, we were barely moving. Three or four printers a month — that was it.
We thought we had everything figured out. The instruction manual? Crystal clear to us. We packed each printer with confidence, believing we'd made something foolproof.
Then the reality check arrived. Customers couldn't follow the manual. What seemed obvious to us was a maze to them. Our technical support wasn't ready either — slow responses, unresolved issues, frustrated emails piling up.
It hurt. But it also taught us something invaluable.
