Registration
The warranty requires the printer exclusively use B btransfer inks inks. Customer registration is limited to purchases made through our official channels .
Warranty Policy
- 3-month warranty is provided for the nozzle and mainboard, allowing for once replacement during this period.
- Mainboard is covered by a 3-month warranty period since printer shipment date. Within this warranty period, you are eligible for one replacement.
- All other accessories are covered by a one-year warranty. A complete ink path set is included in the package. Should any other components develop issues, we will provide replacements free of charge.
- During warranty period, If customers are unable to perform maintenance themselves, they can return the product to our warehouse for repair at their own expense regarding round-trip shipping costs.
- Once the ink has been filled in the printer, there will be no full refund . For unused products that customers wish to return, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
- Customers who need on-site repair services should contact our customer service. The cost and availability of these services will depend on the distance from our service centers.
- The warranty is void if B btransfer ink, film, or powder is not used exclusively.
Return Policy
- If the printer is received within one week and no ink is added, it can be shipped back in its original packaging, and returns and exchanges are accepted.
- lf any ink has been added into the printer, we can not process returns or exchanges.
- Please note that this waranty policy is subjec to change, and any modifications will be posted on our website. For any warranty claims or inguiries, please contact our customer service team.
