The three-day Printing United Expo in Las Vegas has come to a close. From the moment our booth was fully set up, to the first visitor stepping into our booth, to the final day of tear-down, over these three days, B btransfer truly brought the machines, the finished products, and the complete printing process in front of users. We feel incredibly honored, and we gained many unexpected conversations and feedback.
The on-site experience was more than just a display — it was real interaction, again and again.
During the three days of the expo, there was hardly a dull moment. Some passersby were drawn by the pink machine body and stopped to ask, “What machine is this?” Some sat down and didn’t leave, pulling out designs from their phones to see if they could be printed on the spot. Others pulled our technicians over, asking everything from ink to maintenance, from printing speed to consumable costs.
One visitor from California, who had just planned to browse around, ended up standing in front of our printer for nearly twenty minutes. He brought a design he had drawn himself and asked us to print and transfer it onto a cup on the spot. After receiving the finished product, he smiled and said, “I’m taking this home for my daughter.” Another long-time customer who does apparel customization brought his own files and printed a T-shirt on site, watching and discussing with us how to lay it out to save film.
The feel under your fingertips, the low hum of the machine, the smiles when the finished product is revealed: these moments of operation let you truly feel its warmth, rhythm, and reliability.
From DTF to UV DTF: Three Machines, Three Possibilities
At this expo, we brought three devices: the M1630 Pro DTF printer, the MU1730 crystal sticker printer, and the MU1730 badge printer. They each serve different application directions and attracted visitors with different needs.
The M1630 Pro is a model familiar to many long-time users. During the on-site demo, visitors could see the complete process from printing, powdering, to heat pressing. One visitor who has been in the DTF printing industry for two years said he asked us very directly whether the white ink would clog. Our technical team directly opened the white ink circulation system, showed him the real-time status of the ink path, and explained that daily maintenance only requires turning on the white ink circulation and stirring mode, and doing a nozzle check.
The MU1730 crystal sticker printer attracted many people interested in customizing hard surfaces. On site, we demonstrated the process of transferring crystal stickers onto cups, phone cases, and acrylic. A visitor asked, "Can it print on glass?" We immediately took a glass sample, completed the transfer, and handed it to him. He touched the edge and said, "The adhesion is better than I expected."
The MU1730 badge printer showed another approach: creating a raised 3D effect through ink stacking, then heat pressing it onto fabric. Someone on site asked, "Will this feel very hard to the touch?" We let him press the sample with his hand, and he nodded: "Good elasticity."
The pink machine body became the most eye-catching visual element at our booth over these three days. Many visitors took out their phones to take pictures the moment they saw it. Some said this color makes the printer look less like traditional industrial equipment and more like a creative tool you can put at home or in a studio. We feel this is exactly the feeling B btransfer wants to convey: printing equipment can be very professional, and it can also look great.
Newcomers care about "Can I get the hang of it?" Experienced users care about "Can it keep up?"
Over three days of conversations, we met two very typical types of questions.
Visitors new to DTF asked the most: "I've never used a machine like this. Can I learn it?" "Is it complicated to set up?" "What if the printhead gets clogged?" Our answer was straightforward: Don't worry. We provide ongoing technical support, from equipment setup and software operation to daily maintenance, walking them through each step. After hearing this, one visitor said confidently, "Then I'll go back and buy one to try."
Some people with printing experience asked: "How many can it print in an hour?" "How many pieces can one roll of film make?" "How long can it print continuously before it needs to stop for inspection?" "If I want to add more product lines, can this machine keep up?" These questions were very specific, but they were exactly what we had already considered. In the end, whether a machine is any good depends on whether it can keep up with real order rhythms. So on site, we didn't just give out specs. We let the machine run continuously, changed film on the spot, and demonstrated daily maintenance live, so they could see and judge for themselves.
There was also a studio owner who does custom gifts. She talked with us for a long time at the booth. Her current business mainly focuses on holiday gifts and corporate team-building souvenirs, and she wanted to add crystal stickers and badges to her product line. Her biggest concern was whether she could use the same process to create new things based on her existing customers. Our answer was: Yes. From cups and phone cases to canvas bags and T-shirts, many hard and textile surfaces can be covered. After hearing this, she said, "I can't wait to buy one and print a few samples to show my clients."
These face-to-face discussions made us clearer about what users at different stages really care about. Newcomers need clear guidance and reliable after-sales support. Experienced users need efficiency, stability, and room to expand. And this feedback will also become an important driving force for us to continuously improve our products and services.
Thank You to Every Person, Every Story
Over the three days, we saw so many faces. There were long-time B btransfer customers who made a special trip to our booth to show us their recent work and talk about changes in their business. There were also new friends who met us for the first time, sitting down to chat about many things, from machines to funny moments in life.
Some came to make a T-shirt for themselves. Some wanted to make a gift for a friend. Some had just started a small studio. Others already had a stable business and were looking for the next step. Everyone who came to our booth had a different creative plan or vision for the future.
These stories make us even more certain: a printer brings more than just completing a first print. It can start with one piece, gradually become more products, more ideas, and even part of a studio or a business.
